Usage of Singularity Registry Server is governed by the terms of the license, which you should read and agree to before using the software.

Usage Agreement

When deployed as a service, the following usage agreement is provided by any Singularity Registry server, which requires the user to agree with the terms, and a record is kept on the server. If you do not wish to use these terms, you are free to change the link under shub/base/templates/terms/usage-agreement.html. It is also recommended that you ensure your registry is GDPR Compliant.
